Simone Biles says she’s had three plastic surgeries — and wants you to take a guess.
The Olympic gymnast recently shared a TikTok video inviting her 5.5 million followers to “get unready with me,” a trend in which users record themselves winding down from the day while informally speaking to their fans, and said, “I’ve had three plastic surgeries.”
“And two of them you would never be able to tell,” she continued. “Guess!”
Her followers happily accepted that challenge and dropped varying guesses in the comments section. One fan speculated Biles has had her breasts and buttocks enlarged, and underwent a so-called eye lift, a procedure formally known as a blepharoplasty.
While she only seemed to confirm the boob job by responding with a cherries emoji, Biles explicitly confirmed the eye lift and another surgery in her reply: “lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger.”
Blepharoplasties are surgical procedures that remove excess skin from the eyelids which stretch naturally over time, according to the Mayo Clinic. As the muscles supporting them similarly weaken with age, skin and fat can accumulate right below the eyes.
Eye lifts have skyrocketed to become one of the most requested plastic surgeries in the country, according to a 2023 report from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Biles is only 28 years old, but this documented uptick reportedly includes younger generations.

While she didn’t spell it out directly, Biles has hinted at a breast augmentation before. She notably celebrated moving into her new house in Texas last month by sharing a video of herself jumping on a trampoline, writing, “with the new [cherries emoji].”
Her fans seemed most concerned with a wholly different confession she made while getting “unready,” however, as Biles admitted she “didn’t watch movies growing up” — and has never seen “The Wizard of Oz,” “Forrest Gump,” “The Sandlot” or “The Notebook.”
One follower commented, “You’ve got a lot of catching up to do as far as movies lol.”
