Mad Dog Sports Radio personality Katie Nolan recalled the time she was spotted by quarterback Tom Brady during a wardrobe malfunction.
Nolan, a former ESPN star, said she brought a change of clothes to the Patriots’ Gillette Stadium for a sit-down with receiver Julian Edelman about 10 years ago.
The segment was for her “Garbage Time” show on Fox Sports 1 just a few days before a playoff game.
The Emmy-winning broadcaster said she got tired of making trips down a long hallway in the visitors locker room to a bathroom, so she decided to make a quick change into her interview clothes right in the hallway.
Nolan said she ripped off the shirt she was wearing and tried to force on a button-down with all the buttons buttoned. But her head got stuck.
“The shirt is half on and I’m trying to unbutton the buttons that are up at the top so that my head can pop out,” she said. “And as I’m doing this, I hear a door to my left creak open, I hear cleats walking across the floor in front of me. And I pop my head through the hole between two buttons, and I realize that I’m standing there in an ugly bra as Tom Brady walks past me out to get to the field.”
Nolan hosts “Fan Service” for Mad Dog Sports and also has a podcast called “Casuals.”
